Steps to Stay Calm Under Pressure: A Guide

Have you ever felt how it is to be under pressure? If the answer is yes, then you know how challenging and difficult it can be. When we feel stressed, our bodies release cortisol which causes our blood pressure to rise and our immune system to weaken. In this blog post, we will give you ways and tasks on how to stay calm under pressure!

– Pick up your favourite book to read

– Switch up your workout routine. If you normally work out using weights, try working out with a jump rope instead!

– Put on some music that helps lift your mood or calm you down depending on how stressed you are feeling.

– Create a to-do list for the next day during your lunch break so you can relax at home after work without having too many things left on your mind.
